Alright, to unlock Nessie in Crossy Road, you have to play as one of the UK or Ireland characters like the Scottish Terrier. When you're hopping along, keep an eye out for a river log with Nessie swimming near it. Once you see her, hop onto her back, and boom, Nessie unlocked!
