To unlock Predator in Mortal Kombat X, you need the Kombat Pack, which includes Predator and other characters. For Alien, get the Kombat Pack 2 or the XL edition, which has all the additional characters!

Bought the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack and bam, Predator unlocked! Alien too, with Kombat Pack 2 or the XL edition. Worth it!
