How to unlock the True Lab in Undertale?
You need to be on a True Pacifist Route! First, complete a Neutral Route and then befriend Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys. After that, you replay the game from your last save, and when you reach the New Home, you should get a call from Undyne. Go meet Alphys in the Lab, and you'll gain access to the True Lab!
