I've unlocked weapon reroll in Type Soul by reaching level 30 and visiting the Weapon Master NPC in the main town. You鈥檒l need a bunch of Soul Points, so start hoarding them!
From my experience, reaching the weapon reroll option requires you to level up and farm those battles until you have plenty of Soul Points. Then, visit an NPC who specializes in weapons. Good luck!
Hot take: Save your Soul Points for better things. Rerolling weapons is cool, but upgrading your abilities gives more bang for your buck.
