I've done this myself: Use a hairdryer! Heat them up for a few minutes, put on thick socks, and walk around in them until they cool down.

Easy! Just fill a pot with boiling water, then dip your Crocs in for about 45 seconds. Once they're warm, throw on some socks, and wear the Crocs until they cool down and mold to your feet again.
