You can unzoom your Xbox Series X by going to Settings > Ease of Access > Magnifier, and then turn off the Magnifier option.

Just hit the Xbox button twice quickly and then press the View button to unzoom. Easy peasy!

I had the same problem! Just double tap the Xbox button, then hit the View button to zoom out.
