Go to the Xbox Dashboard, navigate to 'Settings,' then 'System,' and choose 'Storage.' Find your hard drive, select 'Games and Apps,' locate 'Black Ops 1,' and delete the title update. Restart the game and it will prompt you to download the latest update!
