Just keep your Switch connected to Wi-Fi, and it should auto-update Stardew Valley if you've got auto-updates enabled. If not, manually check for updates by pressing + on the game icon and selecting 'Software Update'.

Updating Stardew Valley on your Switch is super easy! Just hover over the game icon on your home screen, press the + or - button on your controller to open the options menu, then go down to 'Software Update' and select 'Via the Internet'.
