Super simple! Just make sure your Xbox One is connected to the internet, go to 'My games & apps', find Warframe, and if there's an update, it should start automatically or give you the option to update manually.

From experience, if you want to force an update, go into 'My games & apps', find Warframe, press the menu button, and select 'Manage game & add-ons'. Then, check for updates. Easy peasy!

As long as your Xbox is online and there’s space on your hard drive, it usually updates Warframe automatically. No sweat!
