Download the update file from Xbox.com, unzip it, and copy it to a FAT32 USB stick. Then, plug it into your Xbox 360 and turn it on. Simple as that!

Ugh, just connect to Xbox Live and let it update itself. USB updates are soooo 2010.

First, you'll need an empty USB flash drive formatted as FAT32. Download the Xbox 360 update file from the official Xbox website, unzip it, and copy it to the USB drive. Plug the USB drive into your Xbox 360 and restart the console. The update will start automatically!
