Cauldron first with tin, then iron cooking station after you get iron from the Swamps. Easy peasy.

Just add a cauldron by the forge, made with tin, and voila鈥攗pgraded cooking station! After that, once you're in the Swamps, hunt for iron to make an iron cooking station.

Personally, I'd recommend focusing on getting that cauldron made first. Tin can be found around water bodies. After that, explore the Swamps for iron to make more advanced cooking setups.

To upgrade your cooking station in Valheim, add a cauldron to your base. You'll need tin for crafting it at the forge. Then, later on, you can build an iron cooking station once you reach the Swamp biome and gather iron.
