Just take it to Clint with some ores and cash, man. It's not rocket science. But remember, you'll be without a pickaxe for a few days, so time it right!

Upgrading your pickaxe in Stardew Valley is simple! First, you gotta mine some copper (or the appropriate ore for the level of upgrade you want), then head over to Clint the Blacksmith. Hand him your pickaxe and the required ore plus some gold, and voila! Just remember, it takes a couple of days, so plan accordingly if you're planning a mining trip.

Actually, the best pickaxe isn't necessary early on. Just focus on crops and building your farm first. Upgrading tools can wait.

My advice? Upgrade ASAP. The better your pickaxe, the deeper you can mine and the faster you can clear stuff. Seriously, the difference is night and day. I wasted so much time with the basic pickaxe... Don't be like me.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
