Easy peasy! Just download the Xbox app on your phone, connect it to your console, and choose a photo from your gallery to set as your background. Voila!

You can also use a USB drive! Plug it in, open the Media Player app, find your desired image, press the Menu button on your controller, and select 'Set as background.'

In my experience, the USB method works best. Just remember to format the USB to NTFS first if it doesn't get recognized!
