To use spin in 8 Ball Pool, tap on the cue ball icon before taking your shot. Drag the small dot around to apply top, back, or side spin. Mastering this can give you better control over where the cue ball ends up!

Honestly, the default positions work just fine for me. Don't overthink it.

Just tap the cue ball icon and move the dot to add spin. Easy peasy!

Tap the cue ball icon on the top right, move the dot to apply desired spin, then shoot. Took me a while to master, but it makes a huge difference!
