Just head to Railjack missions in the Proxima regions and look for the Void Storm nodes. Deploy the Abyssal Beacon to summon an Orphix mission. Good luck, Tenno!

You gotta have a Railjack first! After that, find a Void Storm mission in any Proxima region, and activate the Abyssal Beacon. It's pretty straightforward once you're there.
