How to use Ancient Seeds in Stardew Valley
First off, you gotta plant those Ancient Seeds in Spring, Summer, or Fall. Make sure to water them daily, and after 28 days, you'll get an Ancient Fruit. Keep in mind, the Ancient Fruit regrows every 7 days after the first harvest, so it's a gift that keeps on giving. Also, consider turning that fruit into wine or seeds for more plants!
