Honestly, just drag and drop. But remember, your rod needs to be upgradable. Bamboo Pole? No go. Fiberglass Rod or better? You're all set.

Don't bother with bait if you're a casual fisher. The real pro move is investing in better fishing rods and mastering the fishing mini-game. Bait helps, but it's not a game-changer.

Using bait in Stardew Valley on Android is pretty straightforward! First, make sure you've got a fishing rod that can actually use bait; the Bamboo Pole won't work for this. Once you have the Fiberglass Rod or better, tap to open your inventory, drag the bait over to the rod, and drop it. This should automatically apply the bait to your rod. Now, you're all set to catch some fish much faster than before!

Simple steps: Open inventory -> Drag bait to rod -> Drop = Bait applied! Make sure your rod isn't the Bamboo Pole, though.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
