Yo, to use Cyber Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat X, you gotta unlock him in the story mode. Finish chapter 4 and he becomes a selectable variation for Triborg. Choose Triborg, then press up, up, triangle (PS4) or Y (Xbox One) in the character select screen.
