To use fishing tackle in Stardew Valley on the Switch, you first need to upgrade your fishing rod to at least the fiberglass rod. You can buy it from Willy's Fish Shop. Once you have it, open your inventory, select the tackle, and then press 'A' to attach it to the rod. Now, you're all set to go catch some fish with your newly equipped tackle!

Honestly, just stick with bait until you get the hang of it. Tackles are cool but not a must-have for catching fish. Enjoy the simplicity of fishing!

Just get the fiberglass or iridium rod from Willy then open your inventory, select the tackle, and hit 'A' to attach. Easy peasy, now go fish!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
