How to Use Gear 2 in One Piece Pirate Warriors 4
To use Gear 2 with Luffy in One Piece Pirate Warriors 4, press the transformation button which is usually R1 on PS4/PS5 or RB on Xbox controllers. This activates Luffy's Gear 2, giving him a serious speed and power boost. Make sure you've got enough energy in your special meter though, as it drains it bit by bit!
