Mega Sphere? Just chuck it at the Pal you want, easy. But remember, lower health means higher catch rate. Don't waste it!
Fun fact from my playthrough - the Mega Sphere works wonders during tough battles or with elusive Pals. Caught my rarest Pal with it after a few tries. Timing and strategy are key. Make the Pal's health red, then throw. Best feeling ever when it works!
