Here's a pro tip: make sure you actually have a parachute equipped (you'd be surprised how many forget!). Once you're freefalling, smash that deploy button (X, Square, or F depending on your platform) and glide to victory. I did this over the Vinewood sign for a killer view – highly recommend.

Actually, just hitting the ground at full speed is faster... if you're into that sort of thing.

Don't overthink it. Just jump and hit X (or Square, or F) to not die. Easy.

Jumping out of a plane and need to land safely? In GTA 5, after you've got yourself geared up with a parachute (don't forget to grab one before you leap!), hit the F key on PC, X on Xbox, or Square on PlayStation to deploy it. Once it's open, you can steer with your usual movement keys or joystick. Enjoy the view on the way down, but maybe don't forget to land safely!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
