To use a parachute in GTA 5 on Xbox One, first make sure you've got one in your inventory. If you don't, snag one from the many spots around Los Santos, like atop tall buildings or in planes. Once you’re high in the sky and ready to leap, press 'X' to jump. Then, when you're flying through the air like a criminal eagle, press the 'A' button to open your parachute. From there, use the left stick to steer and the 'LT' and 'RT' buttons to slow down or speed up your descent. Happy landings!

Honestly, who needs a parachute? Just aim for a pool; works every time. 10/10 would dive again.

Just tap 'A' after jumping off something tall. Can't miss it.

If you're asking because it's not working, check if you actually have a parachute in your inventory first. You'd be surprised how many forget to pick one up.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
