You use QB mode by selecting a passing play and then dragging your finger to aim the pass. Release to throw. Easy peasy!

Once you choose a passing play, tap on your quarterback, and then swipe to aim and release to throw the ball. Just don't get sacked!

I use QB mode all the time! After you pick a passing play, tap and drag to aim your pass before releasing. Watch for defenders!
