Star Tickets let you unlock cups without needing the required number of Grand Stars. Simply head to the cup you want and use a Star Ticket to unlock it instead!

Honestly, using Star Tickets is a breeze. Go to a locked cup, look at the stars needed, and use your Star Ticket instead. Done.
