How to Use the Helminth in Warframe
To use the Helminth, you need to unlock the Helminth System by completing the 'Heart of Deimos' quest. Once unlocked, feed Warframes to Helminth in your Helminth's Infirmary on your Orbiter to unlock their abilities for subsuming - which means you can apply those abilities to other Warframes.
