Take your Swamp Key to the Swamp biome and find Sunken Crypts. Use the key to unlock the crypt gates.

To use the Swamp Key, just head to a Swamp biome and look for the Sunken Crypts. Stand in front of the locked gate and hit 'E' to unlock it. Happy looting!
