How to Use the Tinkerer's Workshop in Terraria
Using the Tinkerer's Workshop in Terraria is pretty straightforward but super cool! First, make sure you've rescued the Goblin Tinkerer NPC and got him to set up shop in one of your houses. Then, buy the Workshop from him, and place it anywhere you like. To combine items, just stand next to it with the items in your inventory that you want to combine. Open your crafting menu, and if the items can be combined, you'll see a new item you can create. Voila, you've got yourself a new, upgraded accessory!

Just slap down the Tinkerer's Workshop you bought from the Goblin dude, stand real close, and if you've got compatible items, the crafting menu will show what you can make. Easy peasy.
