In Tekken 6 on PPSSPP, you need to assign the weapon to your character in the customization menu. Then, during gameplay, hit L + Triangle to wield it. Simple as that!

Equip your character with the weapon first in customization mode, then during the fight press L + Triangle to use it. Happy smashing!
