How to use the workbench in Stardew Valley

Actually, I think the workbench is a bit overhyped. I mean, it's useful, but only if you're the type who hoards every single piece of wood and stone. If you're like me and sell most stuff, it's not as game-changing. Still nice to have, though.

Using the workbench in Stardew Valley is super straightforward but totally genius. Just place it inside your farmhouse or in any building on your farm. Here’s the cool part: Once you’ve got it set up, all crafting materials in nearby chests magically become available for crafting! No need to lug all your materials around anymore. So, you basically just stand next to the workbench, open your crafting menu, and bam, you can craft anything your heart desires using the materials from the chests nearby. Game changer, right?

Here's a little tip from my experience - put your workbench right in the middle of your main storage area. That way, you're maximizing the number of chests it can 'access'. This setup turned my crafting from a chore into a breeze. No more running back and forth for me!
