Just open the quest tab on your in-game menu. It's usually marked with a checkmark icon.

Click on your map icon, then switch to the 'Quests' tab to see all your active and completed quests.

Honestly, just hit the map button and look for the quest section. Easy peasy!

Hit up that quest log in the pause menu. Should be under 'Quests' or something like it!
