I just checked in the game files. Go to your Valheim world folder, open the .fwl file with a text editor, and there's your seed.

Super simple! Just load your world, press F5, and type 'imacheater'. Then, type 'seed' and voilà, you'll see your world seed!

You can find your world seed on the world selection screen before you load your game. It's right there underneath the world name!
