Just plug in a headset and start talking. The game usually picks it up automatically. Don't be that person blasting music in the background though.

I swear, some people don't seem to realize their mics are on. Do everyone a favor and make sure you're not echoing like you're in a cave. Adjust your setup before diving into the chaos of Los Santos.

Forget voice chat; just use Discord. Way better sound quality and you won’t have to listen to randoms screaming in your ear.

Voice chatting in GTA Online is pretty simple! First, make sure you have a working mic. On PC, press the ‘N’ key to use push-to-talk. Console players, go into your settings menu, select the 'Voice Chat' option and make sure it's enabled. You can adjust who you hear and who hears you (everyone, friends, crew, etc.) in the settings too.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
