Just use the warp command in the console: 'warp [x] [y] [z]' after enabling it with F3 and F8. Boom, you're there!

To warp to coordinates in Subnautica, you need to enable the console. Press F3, then F8 to get a mouse cursor, and uncheck 'Disable Console'. Now press the tilde (~) key or Enter to open the console, and type 'warp x y z' with your desired coordinates. Easy peasy!
