Download the Twitch app and use split-screen mode on your device if it supports it. Not as smooth as MultiTwitch, but it works.
MultiTwitch is the way to go. It's super easy and lets you chat in all streams simultaneously!
I usually open a few tabs and mute the ones I'm not actively watching. Good for CPU, bad for multitasking!
