From my experience, Hulu only has about half of Naruto Shippuden dubbed. You might wanna check Crunchyroll or other sites for more dubbed content.
Nope, Hulu doesn鈥檛 have all episodes dubbed.
I checked recently, and Hulu has dubbed episodes up to a point, then it's all subbed after. Crunchyroll also has a good selection if you're looking for more dubbed episodes.
