Nope, you can't play with friends on Switch if they're on other platforms. It's a bit of a bummer, but hopefully they'll update it sometime!

I tried it myself, and you can't race against players on other platforms if you're playing on a Switch. Stick to beating your Switch pals!

Yes, Asphalt 9 is cross-platform, but with some limitations. You can play with friends on iOS, Android, and Windows, but not across Switch specifically.
