Nope, the live-action Attack on Titan movies aren't canon to the anime or manga. They're fun to watch but don't affect the main story!

Live-action Attack on Titan movies? Totally not canon. Stick to the anime and manga for the real story.

If we're talking about the recap films, then yes; they are canon because they just retell the anime's story. The live-action ones? Not so much.

I watched the live-action movies and can confirm鈥攝ero canon there! Go for the anime for the true tale.

If you're a Attack on Titan fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
