Not entirely! While Masashi Kishimoto supervises the series, Ukyo Kodachi does the writing and Mikio Ikemoto handles the illustrations.

Nope! Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is actually written by Ukyo Kodachi and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto. Kishimoto-sensei only stepped in later to supervise things.

Kishimoto didn't write Boruto. He supervises it, but Ukyo Kodachi is the main writer.
