Nope, CJ, or any official confirmation about him being in GTA 6, hasn't been mentioned by Rockstar Games. Given the series' history of moving to different protagonists and settings with each new installment, it's quite unlikely CJ will be a main character. But who knows, maybe they'll surprise us with a cameo!

Highly doubt it. GTA moves on with new stories & characters every game. CJ's from San Andreas, and that story's done.
