I personally watched it in dub and loved it. The English voice actors did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life.
Dubbed versions can sometimes miss the nuances, so I'd go with sub. Plus, you get to hear Ayanokoji's monotone voice in all its glory!
Sub, no contest. The cultural context and original voice acting just hit differently.
If you don't like reading subtitles, dub is the way to go. Still a great show either way!
