I'd say Cyberpunk 2077 runs smoother on Xbox Series X. The loading times are quicker, and the performance is more stable.

Honestly, the differences are pretty minimal. Both platforms offer excellent graphics and performance, so it comes down to your personal preference and ecosystem.
