Nope! Devil Jin and Tekken 3 Jin are different. Devil Jin is an evolved form of Jin Kazama which first appeared in Tekken 5.

Devil Jin first shows up in later games, not Tekken 3. Regular Jin Kazama is the guy you play in Tekken 3.

In Tekken 3, Jin transforms into Devil Jin, but they are not the same character. Devil Jin has his unique moveset and storyline.
