Yeah, Dragon Breath is pretty good! It has some strong AoE attacks and is helpful early on, but it eventually gets outclassed by other fighting styles.
Not really. Save your time and go for something better like Superhuman or Death Step.
From my experience, Dragon Breath is great for leveling up in the early game. The moves are flashy and effective for crowd control. Just don't expect it to carry you in the late game.
