Fire Force is rated TV-14, so it's generally okay for teens. Expect some intense action, minor fanservice, and darker themes.
I watched it with my 15-year-old; there are some heavy scenes, but it's nothing over the top.
Honestly, it's kinda edgy. If you're not cool with that, maybe skip it.
