Sorry, but 'Golf With Your Friends' is not cross-platform between Xbox and PC. Hopefully, they'll add it in the future!

Nope, 'Golf With Your Friends' doesn't support cross-platform play between Xbox and PC. Time to gather your friends on the same platform!

Unfortunately, 'Golf With Your Friends' isn't cross-platform between Xbox and PC. I had to buy it twice to play with both my console and PC friends. Worth it though!
