Yep, GTA San Andreas is indeed backwards compatible. You can play it on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S thanks to the magic of backwards compatibility. Means you can dive back into the streets of San Andreas without dusting off your old consoles!

Nah, if you're talking about playing it on a PS5 or something, you're outta luck. San Andreas ain't directly backwards compatible on PlayStation systems. You gotta look for the remastered versions or the PS Now service for that nostalgic trip.

Totally, GTA San Andreas being backwards compatible is a blast from the past! Had a weekend binge playing it on my Xbox Series X. Smooth gameplay, and diving back into Los Santos felt like I never left. High key recommend firing it up if you鈥檝e got the setup for it!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
