Not exactly, GTA games are primarily designed for single-player experiences focusing on the story mode. But, GTA Online, the multiplayer mode in GTA V, allows you to team up with friends or other players online. So, it's not 2 player in the traditional sense, but you can definitely play with others in GTA Online.

Actually, in some older GTA titles like GTA: San Andreas, there's a limited 2-player mode where you can cause mayhem in San Andreas together, but it's pretty basic. Mainly, GTA shines in its single-player and Online modes.

If you're looking for couch co-op, GTA won't cut it. It's solo or online multiplayer, no split-screen action here.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
