Nope, not all versions work. Only the remastered version of GTA San Andreas is backwards compatible on Xbox. If you've got the original Xbox version, it's a no-go.

Yes and it runs smoother than a freshly waxed sports car! Playing it on my Xbox Series X felt like revisiting an old friend, but with better graphics and faster load times. 10/10 would recommend.
