I main Heidi, and her AoE poison is a game-changer. Stack her with heroes that can prolong debuffs, and you'll melt enemy teams.
She's great for early to mid-game stages. Her poison damage can be pretty effective, but she might struggle in late-game content.
Honestly, Heidi is kinda meh. She needs good team synergy to be useful, otherwise, there are better heroes to invest in.
